After the interview in 2011 i thought im going to US in 3 to 4 weeks but its now more than 2 years and im still waiting for my F*****ng PD to became current again, im so much frustrated i cant tell.

What’s your category and what’s your PD ? Yes it’s frustrating and depressing but keep the faith.

Hi guys, some bad news for F4 category.
Here’s what an immigration attorney told to my brother in the usa : “The republicans in Congress are trying to eliminate F-4 ( Brothers and Sisters ) from the eligible family members who can immigrate so let’s hope either the Law doesn’t come into fruition soon or the F-4 classification remains safe and available. I’ll keep you posted.”
If someone heard or has some information about this scary law please share.

This is one of the components of the new CIR bill. If signed into law, F4 will be eliminated 18 months after the law’s enactment. All pending petitions will still be processed so no need to be scared.
