let me ask my brother for the details,
all I know for sure is that his wife’s PD is Nov 10,2009 ,she passed the interview(just dont know the date) and got her passport with the package after 3 days

my pd is 29 march 2003, its a F3 petition

a couple of doubts:

the petition is on my mothers name, its been yrs since we filed it, and it should arrive in a yr i think. but the problem is iv turned 22 already. does that mean im illegible for immigration?

secondly my dad has lung fibrosis. its non-contagious. non-genetic disease. is there any web-site where i can see what they look for in a medical examination?

also im an architectural student here, will become an architect in a year. now in order to practise there can anyone guide me through it. i will be going to a counselor but a heads up will b nice.

I’m so confused i’, doing this on my own and i need advice.i sent the I-130 form and have received approval,i now got an email to pay the Affidavit and the Visa fee which i did,i get on the site and read where i need to send the Affidavit and Visa form to them and it will take 20 days for me to get a reply and 30 days after receiving the visa date for the interview,my confusion is ,y son is 15 and in high school and i really need to know if he will be there until september for school(Jamaica that is) i heard that mothers now need to do blood test to prove its her child,do i have to be there for his medical? also the interview? my husband is the 1 filing for my son i’m just a residence of the US.my son is getting frustrated by the time this is taking,my daughter and i are here for awhile now and he is alone in Jamaica boarding with strangers close to his school,this is really driving me nutts he is my youngest and m,y baby i need him here asap.

Hi Sony, my priority date is Mar.08/2001, world wide, my question is that my petitioner or
my sponsor is a US citizen unfortunately, he couldn’t bring his birth certificate document from his native country for some reasons. Instead of that document, he has prepared a document
which states his date of birth, mother’s name etc from a notary public at US and submit it to the NVC. therefore, is this document from the notary public enough in replacement of the birth certificate. Please reply me soon.

According to the current conditions it seems u will be current in 1st quarter of the year 2013. But as far as history for F2A, it takes 4-5 years max.

@amy It’s actually possible that VB for August 2012 becomes available today (July 6th) as normally USCIS publishes that on a Friday, and before the 13th of each month.

My PD is Sept 2005. How far do u think it will move for F1 ?

this visa bulletin moves 2 weeks for f4 coz no one after 8 feb recieve interview letter so its going to be 8th feb or 15 feb any thing happened so be ready f4 best of luck
