everymonth wait for vb maybe naxt month jump but nothing n v c they take tomuch time is very hard time

every once in a while, somebody claims that they got the interview even though their dates are later than the cut off dates from almost all categories.

Probably, they r lying or they remembered their PD wrongly or they r the special cases

As of May 2012, the DOS Visa Bulletin for EB1 will be potentially retrogress at the end of the fiscal year & EB2 Worldwide will be also potentially retrogress at any time for the remainder of this fiscal year.

As of April 2012, over the next few months, the DOS Visa Office estimate that visa bulletin cutoff date movement will be current in EB1, potentially retrogress in EB2 Worldwide, potentially unavailabe in EB2 China & India & under EB3 Worldwide, Mexico and Philippines will be 3 to 5 weeks, China will be up to 6 weeks & India will be up to 2 weeks, while EB4 & EB5 will be current.

Under Family-Sponsored, you MIGHT expect movements in F1 to be 4 to 6 weeks, in F2A to be up to 2 years, 6 months, in F2B to be 3 to 6 weeks, in F3 to be 3 to 6 weeks & in F4 to be 3 to 5 weeks.

This is true…I also faced this situation for my self even.

I was from F1 category and I got interview letter before PD becomes current…but yes on the very next visa bulletin, i got current i.e my PD become current

Any 1 from F2A category received interview letter. I m planning for my marriage and I want to know the process time for F2A category.

my pd is f2a october 2010, if its gonna go like that my waiting time is about 6 months

who knows after intervew how long time for green card

F4 for July 2012 moved for 14 days only, I’m waiting for 11 years, this is ridiculous, paid all fine under 245i, paid taxes. PD April 25, 2001

@nado, My son tried that getting a student visa but he was declined because of his existing petition, you could try anyway getting the student visa, just sharing
