May VB is out and F4 is reduced again to 3 weeks..
it’s the second time since VB is steadily moving 1 month for 1 month..

But I was afraid it could even not move at all, since there weren’t any reliable news about receiving appointment letters.

Well, we should not afraid that it won’t move as they need to push it back before retro.. so they will keep moving..
plus.. ppl has starting to give up.. so there will b less and less reliable news..
unless they are given some hope.. like VB jumping for at least 2 months for all categories..

My PD Feb 13 1989 F4 Phil, is it possible by May my priority to become current? Any Idea please…

It seems that NVC has changed its strategy of sending interview letters prior to VB publication. Since now NVC sends the inv. letters after publication of VB. So there’s no way to predict how many days VB moves each month.

Do you agree, guys?

OMG! i thought my pd will be current by May as what the estimator said…so slow moving! I,m afraid of any delay coz my son will be turning 21 this coming July. We are family waiting for this long schedule….

Seems like NVC doesn’t exhaust the annual quota. I wonder why. Our US citizen relatives should write their congressman to do something about it. What do you think guys? What can we do to petition for the release of visa numbers accdg to the quota ?

Yeah man u r ri8 all f4s fillers must contact to their american reletive and tell them plz write to congress man what the hell nvc nd Dos doing…..ist said 10 years wait time and now more than 11 to 12 years…..plz tell them all f4s fillers they must write…

We can’t do anything but wait. Movement of cutoff dates is like a play. When “all word” jump fast, at the same time china, india, mexico and filipines move slower and vice versa. The main problem is filipines and india because they “eat” most of our visas.

Hello Carol, dont worry too much just pray your pd will become current next month june, maybe your son can still make it in july vb, hope and pray though vb move a little faster. Im worried too cause vb F4 phils move very slow im afraid too my children will aged-out, but i know God wont let it happen for my family to be separated. I have high hopes and beliefs that whoever responsible in the VB movement will have a little consideration for us long awaitng documentarily qualified applicants,
