I hope so.

F4 Philippines is not moving really really slow ever since the retrogression back in January 2011. PD is still in 1988. My sister’s PD was Feb 1991. Case was completed in May 2011. One the derivative applicant is turning 21 next month and I’m not happy with the immigration process because too much delays going on. Does anybody have the same issue like my sister’s case?

one could say that there won’t be any miracles of jumping back before retro within a few months.

they will follow what they mentioned at Feb VB.

Every VB will move for a month average for every category.

we can even call it “lucky” if there is no more retro..

Not me,it’s one of the F4 petitioners in my counrty.Most of us have completed all the document works and are waiting our interview notices.

A friend of mine applied immigration also in April 2000.But she chose electronic processing,the documentary process took only 2 months because everything was sent through email.And she got VISA in December 2010 before the historical retogression.So I feel very sorry you missed such a good opportunity.You should had chosen electronic processing too.

Sorry,she applied in April 2001,not 2000.Now she has lived in America for more than one year.

ya man…there was some personal problems and some mistakes done by immi lawyer there in usa.
file competed on 11 jan..and on 13 jan..”black day for f4 fillers” came….and bring the word “RETROGRESSION” …..the word was new for me..:(
we started process in august and ended up in December..so 4-5 months was taken…i 9o it could be completed in 2-3 months,,,,…we lost gr8 opportunity ..
even one of my friend whose pd is (sry “was” may 2001 ) got iv in dec 2010..:(
but hope we will get iv asap…..hoping for good movements from april vb

dun worry!! i just turned 21 after our case is approved and b4 retro began.
but i was told that it’s not a problem if the case is passed.
