no..march vb is not yet published by Mumbai…just appointment list for march.
and somebody on visa-journey told me that his friend got appointment whose pd is 2nd october

Yes, no paces will be, at least in 2011-2012 FY.
Just hope the VB keep moving, not pacing in big jumps. We all don’t have good memories of VB paces!

who in here has the same situation where they’ve already “aged out” due to retrogression??? how did you compute using the cspa calculations??? thanks.

hello everybody. who are under eb3′s here? my mom is under this category.. and we are still waiting for her pd to become current april 26, 2006 and good thing it is almost there coz it is already march 15, 2006 but i’m a bit confused here when she applied for the petition case she included me as her derivative and i was 18 back then and because of the so called retrogression it really caused much delay(we should have been there already puff) and now i am already 24 years old. gah. does that mean i can’t immigrate together with her coz i aged-out? to those who aged-out, is there still hope? what is this so called cspa act, are we being covered by this? any knowledge about this kind of situation? (sorry for the never ending queries) peace! c:
