u r in f4 right u have to wait i guess 6 to 8 months after u paid ur fees and if the retrogression end the visa availability well be in ur side so u have to be patient like me all the luck hun
and ya they sent me email after i asked them about my PD and they answer me after 3 days u can do it guys by email them NVCINQUIRY@state.gov
