hi to all f4 phil, lets discuss future VB movement gonna expect to come, im under f4 with PD May 10 1989, documentarily qualified already last march 2011, also waiting for the notice of appointment at embassy manila.almost 22 yrs already in process.

same here. F4 phils. PD sept 1990, documentarily qualified since august 2011. guess still have to wait longer for appointment. visa bulletin very slow….

I read this from another forum that person with PD APRIL 2001 received a letter from NVC that he’s aged out and the consular oficer will decide at the interview date of his parents if he’s eliigible or not.If someone received the same letter please update
shalom , yes we must gonna be patience coz its the rule of law by USCIS and NVC , we cant do anything but to wait til our PD becomes current again . lets just pray and ask God intervention to make VB movement be fast and keeps forwarding more on those coming months.

my bro is 25 year old..and his cspa age is approx 16 years.

shallom, pls share with me if you have an idea on how long waiting years our f4 phil finally becomes current coz as far as i know from other forum it would last 22 to 23 yrs on process until our PD comes current , do you agree on that trend? or would it still exceed 23 yrs ?
shallom, its a good news to all FB and EB category this 2012 the visa qouta was increase to 15% from 7% base on the US bill passed in the US congress, sources of information from a phil TV program America atbp. and immigrant visa center web site. i have just watch the program an hour ago, those who will benefit to this are in FB visa application and applying for adjustment of status and EB caregory. meaning there will be a fast and forwarding movement of visas in process coz of qouta increase.

we can never tell…just reading what sergs is posting regarding HR3012 there is a possibility that it will be approved. so there could be a big jump of VB in 2012 it might start in coming VB…well, this is just my thoughts guys…dony relly too much on it.

My case # is ISL2001783028, F4 catagory, i was appeared for interview on 28 January 2011 regarding us visa, at the meanwhile it was asked that your documents are complete and it may take three months but it may be before too.
But now its nine months over i did not received any call from US consulate, kindly let me know why its delay?

According to the previous posts, The impact is that all FB will increase from 7% up to 15%.
That is for individual category or all categories, I m not sure..
