anybody here on F4 cat. PH that receives aappointment letter? im wondering maybe PH F4 will not move again…sad….

I think so.. F4 won’t move again.. after all, March 2000 took 4 months.. so.. I dun expect Apr 2000 to finish with just 1 month..
I m hoping for Oct 2011 VB as it is for a new fiscal year VB..

somebody at VJ read in another forum from dom. rep that an F2A whose PD is oct 2001 recieved an appointment letter for sept 16, 2011…im not sure with this as others too as well…i didnt go to the web site bcoz me too wont understand the language…but some said its true that that person with that PD really got interview date….

But for F2A, the PD is July 2008 for August 2011..
why Oct 2001 got an interview for Sep 2011??

yep, F4 Philippines here…sept 1990 PD…still long wait, PD phil slow movement.

just notice the comprehensive lists for cut off dates for Family basics for Philippines.. Usually it takes 1.5 to 2 yrs to accomplish 1 yr in that category. and suddenly it jumped for 4 yrs in 4 months.. then retrogressed.

i cant wait 4 dis last upcoming bulletin 2 stop retrogressing PD, especially F4 phils. i hope dah new fiscal year boost up again 4 october 2011 visa bulletin. i noe evry1 here r dying or waiting so long 4 dere PD 2 become current again. but dnt lose hope. lets us pray 2 god dat evrything r goin 2 b alrite…

kram808, r u also fr Phils? whats ur PD? ur an F4 too? for me, i just like PD to move a little faster really…i dont think BV would go back to where it retrogressed…but of course it is good for everybody who are on DQ for BV to go back to where it retro…

My PD is april 01, I already had interview a couple months ago and Im on my EAD already. Just waiting PD to become current to receive GC.

this is exactly what I was going to ask RENZOM if he is f4 PD APRIL 1 ,and he had a interview already that’s a good news for this category also it’s going to be a big jump hopefully

But even Ranzom has to wait till PD becoms current again..
I really hope it would move at least a month though my heart is telling me it isn’t..

for me its alryt to have an interview in advance that way you’ll know your sure to go if you are approve or not…good RENZOM had already been interviewed and now just waiting for PD to be current so VISA be issued…

@william yes it’s going to be a long way to wait for Renzom same as us but I’m just wondering how he got the interview so early

It’s actually for my sister in the Philippines. I’m helping her to do all her paperworks. Her PD is Feb 19, 1991 on F4. Her case was completed on May 2011. So, we’re waiting for the PD become current back again. Hopefully a possibility in October, the new fiscal year. That will be great!

I can only guess. I hav read a few cases like him in some forums.. what I think is.. he managed to complete the forms and everything so fast that.. he got an interview before the retrogression..
After that, he would be asked to wait till his PD is current again..

I completed my dok since Decemeber 2010 paid all the fees and nvc sent me email that case is completed on 7 april 2011.Since than i’m still waiting for my paper to be sent at the USA embassy ,I have not heard anything.

mine’s finished in jan 2011 and waiting to be sent same as u.. my uncle called 3 times in Jan and Feb to inquire when they will be sent..
He was replied “In March” for all 3 times.. I even quit my job
But when he called in march, they said ” just wait”
In May I realized the whole thing..how naive i m!!!

I’m sorry to hear that you quit you’r job,how could you do that?:( sad.We called several times too but that all you can hear be patient,just wait and wait.I think that when case is completed visa will be available soon,but it’s not

I’m in F4 category worldwide. My PD: 06Jan2001. I’ve paid fees and passed interview and medical check. Now I’m waiting to become current again!

Wow ! That’s quite a big gap in dates (8 months). Hopefully it’s May 1, 2002.

When we first did our biometrics and our interview was issued our PD was current. Then the retrogression happened and so now we’re stuck waiting until our PD becomes current again.

hi everyone i had some questions regarding may petition may category is F2A my husband got an approval notice on the said petition. What next after the approval notice? please try to help me because i don’t have any idea for this matter. Kindly assist me on this matter.

Okay. So, the next step is to wait for your husband PD to become current. Right now, F2A category for Philippines is processing the cut-off date before July 22, 2008, shown above. Last year it was 2010, but it retrogressed in January 2011 due to amount of applicants apply for visas and the NVC have an annual limit for each family based petition. The new fiscal year 2012 will start when the October 2011 visa bulletin publish, which hopefully give us good news to mostly all categories that will go up back again since last year PD. If the PD become current, you will receive form DS-3032 either by mail or email where you provided on the application. Also, you must pay the fees for I-134 AOS (affidavit of support) and complete the form, then mail to NVC. Any questions, please let me know.

Thanks for the information you’ve given me so i have an idea what the next step to be done, what about august visa bulletin is already publish? I saw the changes because last time i saw it they processed august 2010 in visa bulletin but the PD turned to 2007 because of retrogression I have any plan to work abroad I’m working in Dubai before and now I’m planning to go back while waiting for my husband petition? It is possible for me to work in other country? what happened if my PD become current do i need to go back in the Philippines to process all the papers required or do i have any option to process in other USA embassy when I’m staying in Dubai for example?

My interview: 30 Nov 2010 . I didn’t get visa because of further administrative processing. But when administrative process came to end, Visa Bulletin had retrogresses!
