Only 1 week fo F4 in september VB, shame

New Visa Bulletin for July 2011 just came out today:

Our PD is May 2007 – F2B .. 3 months just moved *sigh*

STILL…THERE ARE CHANCES OF RETROGESSION IN F1….AS PER VB SEPT 2011…BUT I AM SURE THERE CANNOT BE RETROGESSION IN F1…THERE ARE 2 REASONS….VERY FEW CASE OF F1 WHICH HAS PD BEFORE CUT OFF DATE IS LEFT AND ONE MORE THING IS THAT NEW VISAS VL BE AVAILBALE FROM OCT 2011…SO ENJOY F1….THERE CANNOT BE RETROGESSION IN F1..

Yea. Finally F4 phils. moving just a bit, almost 2 months. I can’t believe this category still in 1988 PD. Hopefully next month will give us a better forecast.

For WorldWide, F2A is the best, followed by F4.. though F4 is only 1 month..
Let’s hope for things to go faster in new fc year VB

Once again your correct GR. Only F2A moved, F4 only 1 week… the others…. still the same. Your second F3 prediction did not come true .. ( crying

I don’t think there is any end to this RETROGRESSION. The SEPTEMBER visa bulletin is out and F1 has not moved, my god I’m so sorry for all those who have been waiting and waiting. My relative that is waiting to be with us has given up already he has no more hope. This is so frustrating. I think everyone should stop applying for visas because we are only making the USCIS richer and gaining nothing.

we are on f4 phil. PD May 1989, hopefully this new VB fiscal year would bring fast movement in visa release.

Dun give up so soon.. try the decade list for VB.. there r similar fiscal years..If a year moves too few months, the following year will move a lot..

lets hope for a better forecast this new fiscal year 2012 ,

I didn’t say retrogression..
Retrogression is the first time happened as far as i know..
i meant some delay in FY 2008.
The whole FY 2008 was for 97 and FY 2009 is for 97,98 and 99.. i meant that..
but if u look at FY 98, 99, 00.. things were quite slow..

Things were starting to get messed up since FY 2010 June.
From FY 2010 June to FY 2011 Jan, it moved from 15 Jan 2000 to 1 Jan 2002.
At FY 2011 Feb, it is retrogressed to 01 Jan 2000

Let say if retrogeressed again does that mean it will go back again to 1JAN 2002?How about the rest of months in 2000 and 2001 ,I’m so confused

Well.. usually it goes a month for a month..
Let’s say there’s 10 years difference..
For Eg, FY Jan 2011 is for Jan 2000, Feb 2011 is for Feb 2000 and so on..
But it is not a month for a month.
For some months, it is only 3 weeks..
Usually roughly 10 months are processed in 1 FY year. more or less..

But if u look at the chart,
start from FY 2010 June, it was processing so fast..
within 4 months, PD for 2000 is processed and
another 4 months, PD for 2001 is processed..
it even reached to PD for Jan 2002.

How can a normal process rate (PD 10 months for a year) jump to the super high processing rate (roughly 34 months for 1 year) ????

we should hav thought that no one in the world could process so fast..
some might hav thought.. but a lot, including myself were overjoyed..

Of coz, no one could process thousands of thousands cases in such a short time.

so, they push back the date to Jan 2000.. and processing normally..

Wait. I’m confused. Who is the petitioner (green card holder or U.S. citizen)? Who is the beneficiary (the person was petitioned by the petitioner)?

Petitioner is the citizen who applies green card for his relatives..
the beneficiary is the relatives of that citizen.. just like us..

Okay. Yes, of course! You can still travel to work abroad. But be sure in good condition, good records, no convicted felony or crimes while your petition is still pending. If your PD become current, your husband will receive a notice from the NVC for the immigration process. The only time you go back to the Philippines if you were working abroad OR staying in the Philippines is when your interview to be process at the embassy along with your medical exam. Normally, scheduling appt from the NVC gives you one month before your interview. Please note: Be sure all your required civil documents to be ready when your husband or you do all the paperworks.

thanks kram808 do you have any idea when my PD become current? I really miss my love one and i just want to ask do you have any idea what requirements to be prepare? I hope and I pray everything will be fine. And for those who keeps on waiting lets wait and see God is always there for us don’t ever give up be strong and keep on PRAYING!!!!!!!

I have no idea when your PD date will become current. Hopefully next month bulletin will give us good news to everybody because it’s the new fiscal year for 2012. So, let’t pray that it won’t retrogress again.

To be honest, I have no idea when your PD will become current. As you’ve known, PD retrogress some in awhile because many applicants are applying for visa. Let me ask you this, how did your husband got his green card and what year did he received it? Also, when did your husband petitioned you?

We cannot predict for october vb. Come back on the first wk of october, where ppl post here if they got an appt interview letter from the NVC. Please check out the September 2011 VB comments as well.
