Why does the PD F1 is a still for 6 months alredy …. When is this going to change My PD is 10102008 PD F1
I am in the US already can I apply for the I 485 if my I130 was already approved ??

Seems like these guys have got remarkable low deals, although the “Buy Gadgets Online” seems a little bit not professional. What precisely do you think? Do any of you actually purchase there? Or simply every other alternatives?

I just realized that under F4 category for Philippines priority date has been in the 1980s ever since March 2002. It’s about 9 yrs. and 4 mos. Average of 1 month movement per bulletin. Wow…it has been that so long. 1990s was in it for a few months, but it retrogress due to supply and demand of many applicants, especially under this category.

NVC starts to communicate with you before your case becomes current. But scheduling an appointment for interview depends on how fast you provide the necessary document to NVC and complete your case.
My PD was current in August 2010, but I could complete my case in September 2010, and then after 34 days I got the appointment letter for interview on November 30, 2010.

Thanks for that info…Actually i already completed my documents/case since February 2011 and now im just waiting for my appointment letter for interview…I’ve noticed that my PD is near to current because the available PD for F2b Philippines is September 22,2000 and my PD is Januaryy 8,2001…

Well August 2011 VB is out and no changes for the F1 category. Constant disppointment, nothing new. Come on NVC have mercy on the F1 category especially for the ones that already paid for their visas and still waiting. I just pray that it moves at least before the year is up it jumps forward to 2007 at least

For September 2011 Visa Bulletin, the DOS said this:

“Heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First preference could require
retrogression of some of the September Family First preference cut-off dates. This action may be necessary to keep visa issuances within the respective annual preference numerical limits. If this were to occur they could be expected to return to the previous cut-off date for October, the first month of the new fiscal year.”

Wish of luck for the upcoming bulletin, especially the new fiscal year of 2012 starting in October! Hopefully the PD has alot of movement for each category by the time. God bless and good luck!

Once u have done ur interview and u av received ur package yes u can proceed to make travel arrangement. You r eligible to travel. The greencard cannot be delivered until the person has landed.
