this is ridiculous my husband is f3 feb93 he is been waiting for 18 yrs he already had the interview nov 2006, and he is still waiting for his visa, its been very slow each month. all we have to do is wait..wait.. in till when, is there anything else we can do…

My prediction is no moving for F1, F2b. F2a, F3 and F4 will have slight advance.

i have read at Visa journey that somebody got an interview date on July with pd Feb 2008 F2A and even confirmed that he is F2A and read this one also…

Hi everyone!i am from the Philippines and my category is f2a with a PD of jan2008. On may 27th,NVC emailed me my appointment letter dated for july 18,2011.
I called nvc and talked to a live operator and told me to just follow instructions stated in the letter.hope this gave a spark of hope to everyone

how come there is already an interview scheduled when the PD for F2a for philippines is august 2007…if its feb 2008, its not current yet..maybe july VB there will be big forward movement!! lets pray for that!!

yep, July VB, that’s why they have appointment on JULY…meaning JULY VB will move 5-6 monhts for F2A..hopefully VB for F4 will have good movement as well…

@jr..hey, we are F3 also, PD december 1994..when was your case completed? were just waiting for PD to be current to be scheduled for an interview

well it is not yet completed the nvc asked from me a police clearance (i am currently in aruba working for 5 yrs now so i am required to submit a police clearance coming from the government of aruba) and just submitted it to nvc i hope that it is what they want. nice to hear from you pareho pala tayo ng pd year ilan kayo sa family na aalis? we are 4 in our family i hope bumilis na din ang takbo ng f3 goodluck to us.@vera

hi..our got completed October 2010..and due to retrogression, napending..We are 4 also, my husband and two daughters..just hope July VB will bring good news again and the PD return to its original date…

i m from India. my pd is 14 Apr 2000.we have completed medical ex., interview at Mumbai.Due to incomplete sponsor we don`t give visa. i submitted joint sensor in feb2011.But we don`t give visa.we receive letter with passport which mention ” We have received the documents that you submitted. Unfortunately, your file is kept pending under section 221(g) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act (INA).

Since the cutoff dates in your category has retrogressed (moved back), your petition is now non-current.
We will contact you when your priority date is current.” So i Wait for VB for July2011.
Pls,give me a reply.I confused.

F1 for PH is moving fast, sana wala nang retrogression

BTW, i have a question. How do you get your appointment letter? is it via eMail or snail mail? I do not remember providing NVC my email address, if so, the next question is how to update them (NVC) of my email address? thanks in advance

I received my appointment letter via email. NVC sent it to me and to my petitioner at the same time.
Have you ever filled DS-3032 form (Choice of agent) or DS-230? These forms usually are filled a few months before completion of case and appointment of interview date. You have to write down your email address in these forms.

BTW, F4 moves on slightly this month. One of my friends only needs 15 days to be current and get her visa. She’s known via email she can get her visa this week.

Thank you for your question. My case was current once in August 2010, but in January 2011 the Visa Bulletin had retrogression and returned to January 2000! So I have to wait until my case to be current once again.

Why the F1 cases not moving? I am missing this guy that i really love. His sponsering is in 2006 n we waiting so long so we can c each other once again n the papers r delaying every month……

hi everyone, when do you get an appointment interview letter from the phils.? do i have to wait the pd become current or before? some ppl have it earlier, have their medical and interview pass then wait for their green card until their pd become current? which is true? thx.

WOW!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO MOVEMENT FOR THE F1 CATEGORY AND THE RETROGRESSION CONTINUES. UNFORTUNATELY I THINK WE HAVE TO WAIT OUT THE ENTIRE YEAR FOR THIS TO END. NO USE FIGHTING IT. THE ECONOMY IS IN A HORRIBLE STATE SO UNLESS THIS CHANGES THERE IS NO WAY THE NVC IS GOING TO ISSUE MORE VISAS. SO GUYS JUST SIT BACK RELAX AND PREPARE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR OR TWO
