Yeah! My sister visa application have been completed on 5/9/11 on F4 Phil PD Feb 1991. Now, waiting for the interview date and hopefully the PD become current soon.

OMG no movement…that’s it I think everyone should just stop sponsoring their family because that is what the NVC wants I guess. The visa fees are non-refundable so we lose in the long run. It’s evident that there will be no movement for this entire year and we will be waiting like a homeless child waiting for a toy at christmas. I give up!!! Oh the visa bulletin can be found at http://www.travel.state.gov click on the visa tab it’s no use looking at it anyway because it’s a waste of time.
know the feeling sara a complete waste of time and money…now the goverment are trying to get amnesty for the 11 million in the country illeagaly because the election is coming up soon,someone somewere is taking the p–s, how do they expect familys to stay together..@Sara

Ah ok,ung F2b category ko naging F1 last year dahil naging US citizen ang parents ko then nung naapproved n ung category ko from F1 back to F2b inabutan naman ako ng retrogression kaya hindi ako nakahabol s cut off date last year…
@archie18 ah okie finish ka na medical?un case namin sis friend ko nde convert f1 un sa knya khit citizen daddy nya sabi lng sa knya sa interview dapat f1 category nya so sabi ng consul wait nya retention f2b ilan weeks may visa na cya bago retrogression..update mo ko ha lapit na pala sau tnx

Hi Archie.. thats what happen to my case.. previously my petition filed as f2b then naging F1 kami.. then i read some forums that we can send email.. we sent email last 2 weeks ago via LBC but until now we havent receive any reply from US embassy.. ikaw ba how many months before you receive a reply fromthem na naretain sa F2b? my PD is May 2007 F1

Ah ganun b,kc yun ung rules kung naging US citizen ang parent n nagpetition sau magbabago ang category from F2b to F1.Anyway tapos n yun ang importante malapit n ako s finish line…Add my Fb account para friends n rin tau,just red my previous message here andun yung email ad ko!

I think 2-3 months before ko nareceived yung approval letter ng F2b category ko…
