im a f3 category i was received a letter from the us. embassy last december 2009, letter for papers arrangemnt. because our petetion was approved year back 1992 but because of the retogression.we suffered. and i hope you can help us and give me some advice. thank you and god bless;;
the petitioner is my grand mother rosa corbilla and the beneficiary is my father rafael corbilla
