can anyone say if they think f2a october vb will retrogress im realie nervous

Zatara, mine is f4 pd August 2005. with the current speed (4 months movement each month) the forecast would be just one year for my pd to become current. but will this tendency continue? noone in the world knows. it may well slow down coming winter.

I will pray to till be current on visa bulletin to don´t be done the immigration reform bill becouse in 2007 for a little thing we who are waiting in line after may 2005 who was in an amendment will we lost our line and lost that the cutt off date was 1 may 2005 ,all before this this date in the current sistem,after that date all who are pd after lose them line and goes in new sistem with other rule who is like skilled workers in canada thanks god that bill is faield in senate.

I called last night NVC and talk with person over phone, tell her my NVC
case number, petitioner and my name (DOB x2) and ask for any prediction
over my case (my F3 PD is november 2004.) and she said, you will wait
for a couple more years!!!!! She said currently they are doing march 2002. for F3 (I saw that by myself in VB for september 2010.) and that`s
it! So, she just said what i know. Except that she, maybe don`t know that they r doing F3 – 3 months average per 1 VB (counting last couple of VB`s), so why she said – couple more years? WTF is that? Please, Sarah answer me, u know everything, u r from outerspace:) Thanx.

Please help me out, that I’m so confuse about “uscis visa bulletin” and “uscis processing times California Center” both dates are different from each other. please guide me that what is the difference between them and how can I calculate my processing time. my case is I-130 (F3)dated December 2002 and my category is married son or daughter over 21 year. I think that CSC timeline is just for approval/denial (decision) and VB timeline (approved only) is PD for availability of your visa, somebody correct me if am wrong….

So , i guess that approval/denial is going faster than reaching PD`s (mine F3 PD is nov 2004.) that`s why at CSC is 2003. and at NVC is 2002. for F3.

i’m telling you me experience about calling nvc
some times i called and talked to some staff about my case , she asked me so much and after a while she didn’t said anything new to me and i asked her about the new vb and she checked the internet and told me something about 1 months before .
so , don’t rely them .
the only things that can help you is check the bulletin and when the time for paying 400$ reach you have to know 5-9 months later you will recieve your visa interview .
if your pd is nov 2004 , you have 2,5 years but if the speed of vb will continue like 6 months ago you will get your interview date in 13-15 months.
but remember nobody knows about vb ,
my pd is 01 apr 2002 , f3 , and until now i’m not sure if october bulletin pass my date .

About what reform are you talking about?
Every year there is limmited number of Approval for Visa ( something like 225 000) !
Explain , please

In 2007 in senate was an bill about immigration reform bill and what was most unfair in family immigration in one amendment to eliminate the F4 category (siblings) with one shame cutoff date 1 may 2005 till this date who is aplied for visa to be in current sistem after that date to lose the line of waiting ,same and for parent of US citizen to eliminate for that I said help me lord to be current till this dangerous bill will be done in senate in this legistlative ,for more inf read in this web

I need help. Im in f2b category my priority date is march 2002,on september us visa blletin it shows there is August 2002. It means that a have a visa already but my mom dont receive any letter coming from them. What should I do?

you have to call Nvc , this is the only thing you can do ,i’m sure your case not completed and it’s because of some document is missing .
it happened to one of my friend and she didn’t post form i-864
and after sending them she got interview letter after that.
don’t worry just call them .

hi rosalyn..we are in the same boat, different category lang..i’m F3, from your priority date, you will be current din this september..me too..let’s wait when september comes…i’m also wondering, because others do receive the choice of agent months before their priority date becomes current…the first form we should receive would be the choice of agent letter (DS-3032) and AOS fee (affidavit of support)..they say if it already generated in the AVR (automated voice recording) of NCV, wecan email the choice of agent…goodluck to us..keep me updated in your case and i will too!

I really cannot speak on your category, and I don’t know your country. I am F1 – all chargeability areas, sorry…You could probebly try to evaluate the previous bulleting thought. Usually if ur PD is current, or near current on the bulletin, then you should be expecting papers any day now.

There is happy news for F3. There is a person who’s PD is 07-08-2002 has got the choice of agent/DS-3032 forms. its mean that we can hope that things are moving now and many people will get forms this and next month.
