it depends on speed of vb in every month but you can count on 1-2 years .

Please help me out, what I so confuse about “uscis visa bulletin” and “uscis processing times California Center” both dates are different from each other. please guide me that what is the difference between them and how can I calculate my processing time. my case is I-130 (F3)dated December 2002 and my category is married son or daughter over 21 year.
