We are in F3 PD May 10th 2001 all documents requested were sent to NVC. this is a family of 5 our daughter will be 21 on april 25th, i have applied to NVC to have her reviewed under the CHILD STATUS PROTECTION ACT. QUESTION Do you know if when i receive my interview letter she will be able to migrate with the family?.

You seem to be the most trusted one on this site, so I have a question for you. I am a us citizen and from Iran. I filed for my daughter who is over 21 back in 2006, at the time she was married with a son, but she has recently got divorced, she has full custody.will she be moving up in the preference ladder and how much?? how long will it take from when she gets to the new preference.

if yur child is getting 21 then u should have to tell NVC right now..or your child will not get the visa…make sure to tell nvc for yur child status

She sold her house because her priority is 05-25-2010 and her case was completed since Nov 2009. If the F3 moving like used to she should be in USA by now. And you know that it’s not easy to sale your house in this time that why I told her got ahead sold her house and I know some people lost their house because they want to came to America first and come back sale their house but too late…I hope next month F3 will be moving even a little bit.
