damned cheating pinoy tourists all go to usa and do all sorts of legal hooks to hang on and stay in america.

why don’t embassies just stop granting stupid EB3 interviews and just give us tourist visas so we just adjust status!!!

Most likey it going to take 2 weeks to 5 weeks. You should check the USCIS application status.

I came here to the united states last year on f3 immigration and believe united states is not what all you think.crisis are on a peak here and there’s nothing is here u can’t find in any other country.So,Don’t have that much liking for the USA.

My prediction for the month of May goes like this:
If there is advancement in PDs, we will see this forward movement for the rest of the year otherwise we are stuck in this for a year or so. The best way to predict future PD movement at the moment is to look for people who are receiving DS 3032 forms with Jan. or Feb. 2002 PDs or people with June 2001 PD getting interview letters. So I say let’s not get disappointed and start to look for hints of what will the next VB bring us based on tangible information.

what are they doing my friend with PD jan 2002 F3 submitted all the forms and paid money her case is completed , why F3 doesn’t move .

i think sweets is right everyone deserve to have their own experience to be a judge of that because i have my family over there and they are living comfortable and happy they all have a good life and good job so don’t let people feel disappointed

Any one know why F3 not moving anymore, my daughter sold her house for 6 months ago and she expect F3 Should moving like normally, but it stop moving for months, my daughter priority day May 25,2001. I wonder F3 still eligible or inactive.
