certi. And for Spouse and child They ask us to bring NVC missing
letter or visa letter in the name of Spouse and child.Could you
pl ask me can NVC send us MISSING DOC LETTER in the name of spouce

AOS is the one who petitioned you. In case he/she does’nt
know the signing,then ask for help to an agent.

RP … I think its a scam- the passport office just requires a plain paper application. But what you can do if they are acting difficult is give them a copy of the I 797 – Notice of Acton orr any other document from the USCIS / NVC which lists their names….I hope this helps

Hi Gillian. How on earth could you find me on Facebook. My interview was just perfect. It just took about a minute or two. As you already know, I am under F3. I am now waiting for my FBI name check to complete to receive the visa. For same cases, they apply FBI name check. I was also considered for this check. He said it will take 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Two weeks has already passed and I’m waiting. Please let others know in the forum and tell everybody not to make a big deal out of the interview. It is more simple that anyone can think of.

ALL F3: Hello. I miss you all. It’s been a long time that I have not come to this forum. I was very much busy with some other stuff. I am really more than happy to have cyber-friends like you in here. I thank you all. Let me now clear up how the interview went on. Our interview was scheduled for Jan. 27, 2010 08:30 a.m. The weather was quite cold. We went there at 7:30 and waited out of the embassy in a queue. The policeman there separated the NON-IMMIGRANT VISA applicants from the IMMIGRANT VISA applicants. We went inside the embassy building at exactly 8:40 a.m. Before going to the main building someone got our original documents and gave us a number. She said you have to wait in the main building until your number appears on the digital board there. We waited for approximately one hour. Our number was then announced at 09:40. The person In-Charge was a middle-age gentleman. He was quite nice and positive. Let me first tell you that the interview as a whole altogether did not take more than 3 minutes. His questions to me were: “Did you serve the military service? What does your father (The petitioner) do in America? How old is your father?”. His only question to my wife was: “Do you work now?”. Finished. He said it’s now done. He said that there is an administrative process needed for you ; only me and not my wife. He said it would take between 2 weeks and 6 weeks. I am now waiting for that. There is a website which I have to check my case number there. It is more simple than you can think of. I appreciate your concerns. I will post other news soon. I have to go now.

how i wish the PD of EB3 phils will jump to NOV 2005 so that our visa will release already. It’s almost 1year and 8mos waiting for our visa.
