Thanks for Information.But i cant understand how can they manage the appointment for interviews.bcoz i read different fourm People says different date on create appointment for there interview days.
For Example one said that he received the appointment letter on 10 Jan other Says i ll recevid on 21 Jan and Third ll say 28 Jan on Same Month and NVC Says we appontment for interviews the second week of the month.

Visa for F3 in March: September 1st 2001 (or later) since someone just received the interview email from the NVC with the PD August 25, 2001. Good luck all!

Sorry, I make a mistake ! My friend PD 27/8/2001 received letter for interview, but her case from F3 move to F1 .
Exactly, some guys PD 18/5/2001 (F3)had received letter for interview on march,2010 .

My friend F3 case recieved letter from NVC for paying 400$
her PD is 01 Jan 2001

Yes, I sure that. One has PD 5/9/2001 and the other has PD 5/19/2001.
But now, I’ve heard a “very hot” news : Somebody with PD 7/23/2001 received email for interview on March,12,2010. It’s very strange ! I’ll control and talk about this problem later.

i’m not new here at the forum anyway. i’m in F3 category Phil. w/d nov
27 ’91pd.All the doc (,ds230 & I-864) were already passed for almost a month now,but never received yet any advice from nvc our medical & interview appointment.Anyone there who is w/d the same category of mine who is also also waiting or done/finish his/her interview.Kindly tell us also. Mr pooyan? Ms mepphil?…..

so how come people with priority date later than ours under f3 category have receive appointment letter and ours is earlier than that because mines is 9th of august 2001 and nothing like that yet that is strange and i know today suppose to be pooyan interview so where are u pooyan we haven’t heard from u in while how everything go i hope all is well

Your PD August,9th,2001 ? Have you received anything from NVC ? If not, you can write a letter to NVC. You can request NVS answer for the trouble in your case .
But, I think you have to wait. Some cases like you don’t received anything.

i already call they only receive my ds230 and civil documents about a week now so they say it takes 4 to 6 week for them to review and if they need any additional doc they will contact me well so far i think everything is going well because i think i submit everything they ask for just have to wait

You will only get appointment when your date becomes CURRENT and also when all documents are complete. So the most important is your PD to become current (which is not at this time).

Can anyone help? My father has received the affidavit of support, but suffered a minor stroke about 2 weeks ago. His signing hand was impacted, and therefore is unable to sign the document. Does anyone know what should be done in that event, so that the process is not stagnated?

Has anyone heard from POOYAN…I know his appointment was sometime this month…Anyone!!!

My PD of March 8 2004 will certainly become current in the next VB…my dad still has not paid my IV fee, so I am waiting on that still.

@ VENANCIO, musta na? you better call NVC regarding the status of your papers. just be patient, just wait for 1-2 months after you submtted all documents. Good luck…and God bless u!!

Why your father doesn’t pay the IV fee? It is easy process , he can pay them online . I know you will say that he is waiting for your sister. But my advice to go ahead and let him to pay , there is no relation between your file and your sister’s fill. every one of you should have also separate application of affidative of support.

yes what happen to pooyan i hope everything is ok and as for your case dre u should email nvc or call and find out what can be done i think if he can’t sign something else could happen but not sure call them and find out your option good luck

Bigpooh here, am also Pinoy and at F2 category, my docs have been
completed Dec 30 and also waiting for the interview and medical advice, for a month now…. such a long wait (this one month + the 11 years from my PD wc is July 1998)… Anyway, hope we’ll receive both our interview letters this month. All the best and God Bless!
