    To Juicy,
I did the medical test before the interview, I was a blood test for aids and chest x-ray for Tuberculosis . It was very simple and took an hour. there was a doctor asking normal questions about the general heath and she said because I did not have two of the vaccinations, Now I have to have them. I did them( the injections). then they sent the results directly to the US embassy. Just be careful, because the embassies accept some of the doctors for this examinations. You have to find out about this through the website of US Immigration.
    Good luck

It was needed to be notarized some years ago, but I called the NVC and asked about it, they said it is not now needed. But anyways, my father did it because he said we should not ask for headache.

hi rachid don,t worry this is easy let your sponsors jobs get them another w-2 for the missing years. its aways the jobs that issues a w-2 before anyone can get there returns so don,t worry i had a similar case last week with some one i knew and they do the same thing ok gook luck.

  22. tutubear
    December 11th, 2009 at 19:08 | #22

hi raschid i just notice from one of your emal that your sponsors did not receive a w-2 from there job the only reason for this i can gather is maybe they are filing as self employed .if not then the job suppose to issue a 1099 or a w-2

    hello everybody,
this is the first time i partcipate in this forum.i have a question regarding the affidavit of support.my father who is an american citizen filled a petition for me on december 2003 he paid both the aos fees and iv fees. Now he wants to fill the affidavit of support for me but the problem is that he did not work for more than 4 years and he did not pay taxes because he had no income during the four last years. My uncle who lives in usa wants to be a joit sponsor and the question if the fact that my father is unemplyed and he did not fill taxes will affect my case.thanks in advance.

    Hello all,

Not many people are posting their progress any longer! I sent off the I-864 and paid IV fee bill for $1600.00 yesterday. I am working on DS230 form and civil docs right now.

Mepphil, I have tried so many times to reply to your message on FB but unfortunatly I have not been able to. It was a nice surprise. :)

Pooyan, please let me know when you got the DS-3032 and sent off the last packet, DS230 and civil docs, to NVC.

    to Carlos Brown
hello and congratulations. I wish you the best in your new life in the USA.
Just as always one more question. How long excactly did it take to receive the greencard since you arrived in the USA?
I am asking this because my son is going to get the reentry visa so that he can come back to the UK to finish his study, but first he has to have his greencard and the process of getting the reentry visa takes some time while he has to be in the USA. we are planning to go to the USA in the mid March.
I appreciate your reply, thanks like always and hope you settle down there very soon and see your dreams come true there.

My dad is here in Jamaica. He says as soon as he goes back to Florida he will make the visa fee payments. All this should be complete by month-end he says. I was not going to, but I told him it’s not my intend to migrate rite away, as I want to stay another 2 yrs or so on my job. But I am really excited that things have finally got to this stage where I can anticipate an interview, hopefully in the next 3 months. To God be the glory great things he hath done!!!
