Dear Sweets, you have to let the petitioner fill out the necessary forms for AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT which are downloadable from http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_4354.html and submit them through mail to NVC to the address inserted on the COVER SHEET. Do not forget to attach the cover sheet, or it results in delay of processing.

sorry, i’ve not been here recently. I just got email from NVC with attached DS3032 & AOS fee bill this morning. My brother pays online already. I’m waiting IV fee bill then. Hope you will be like that.

Good news for category F1:
IN January bulletin they will reach to May 2004. From the beginnign of November they started to respone to people who have PD in the end of April 2004 .

so many questions, haha. My PD is 24 Aug-01, F3 category. I received payment receipt for AOS fee bill yesterday and also send DS3032 to NVC. Maybe NVC will get it next three days. I hope to get visa fee bill in next week.
p/s : some guys in Vietnam w/ PD Sep and Nov-2001 have also
hi all i receive an email also my petitioner my (dad) the choice of agent form also the aos fee form so i was wondering on both of the form it have only my name the beneficiary what about my husband and daughter isn’t they name so suppose to be there too or just me can any one relate to that please thanks

I believe they are currently actually up to July 22, 2004 in F1, So for January who knows what the actual date will be. My PD is 9 Mar 2004, VB for Dec is up to 22 Jan 04, but I have already received and payed AOS fee, and send in my COA. So I think NVC is way ahead of the bulletins currently. Hopefully this trend continues.

They generate IV fee after one to two weeks of receiving the DS-3032.
They sent that to me by email , but I don’t want to buy because I will adjust my case here in The USA.
Your visa and my visa are not current yet , may be they will be current in the next 20 days.

receiving the DS-3032 and paying the IV fee doesn’t mean that the visa is current, but it means the visa already in the process to get visa number soon. I called them they said even if they recive the IV fee , they gave themself 4-6 week to respone until the visa be current on the web sit.
hi denise i got a mail saying they consider my case so when the visa bul… became current my lawyer submit everything meaning the ones that i told you about earlier, thats when everything became reality

yes ,but the automatic answering machine alwayes says that they r gona send it to me in the next couple weeks by mail . They already opened the check mark in front of my IV fees.
Keep checking on the same page where you payed the 70 $, If the you can put a check mark in front of IV Fee, that means they already did it .

I wish I could pay the fees from here in Jamaica, but I can’t. The fees have to be paid form a US bank account. But I guess my dad will do so intime.
