AS PER INFORMATION BY ROHITKUMAR IN APRIL VB COMMENT NO 9 & 12 HIS PD IS DEC 12 AND HE RECEIVED HIS FORM ON 3/4/09.PL RESPOND ALL F3 CATEGOREY FRIENDS WHICH HELP US.
Hello all, My brother is in the F1 category, PD date is 18Feb 2003, we’ve already rec’d and paid for his aos and IV fees. case completed at NVC on june 21, 09. we are waiting for his appointment letter to arrive.
To Pooyan
Until now, I’ve known two cases with PD 1/11/00 got interview letter in Sep. They are both from Vietnam. Also there, some cases with PD from 1st week and 2nd week of Jan – 2001 haved received DS3032 and even DS320.
Hope that Processing Date are always current because, we are working so hard for the best of the company and waiting too long is so depressing, and I know because of new technology everything will be updated.
To Pooyan
I never see VB for SEP-2009. Cut-off date are always 1st, 8th, 15th & 22th in month. Visa Office bases on those Cut-off date to devide those qualified files into 4 groups. Group 1 w/cut-off date = 1st includes qualified files w/PD from 1st to 7th in month. Group 2 (cut-off date =8th) includes files w/PD from 8th to 14th in month …. Group 4 (cut-off date = 22th) haves files w/pd from 22th to the end of month.
As far as i know, most of files belongs to Group 2 of Nov-2000 just completed and none of them receives interview letter. So i assume VB for F3 in Sept must be 8 November.
hi chita my p.d. is 07 may 2001 what can i expect for my papers will it take one year or less than one year??? plz do reply…am worried bcoz i’ll be of 21 after 1 year

To Chita: When my father applied for me, he had a Green Card and I was not married. During the process my father became a citizen, so my case was changed to F1. My immigration case was approved on Sept. 8, 2005. In 2006 I got married and we sent a letter to the Visa Center and they changed my category to F3. My PD is Feb. 16, 2001. How long do you think it would take for me take the visa if the process remains slow?
i have a letter in which it had written that ur date is 07 may 2001…and my grand ma had filed our petition in married sons and daughter of citizens {F3 category}..abt that approval i dont know that…and mah birth date is 30/04/1990

Ask your petitioner about I-797 then request Notice Date.
CSPA :
X = Notice Date – Priority Date
Y = Current Date – Date of Birth
Your real CSPA age : Y – X.
sure, you will —-> USA, haha
Krupal Patel, if there are 300,000 files till 2009, then it would take 12 years. Funny. I think you are making mistake somewhere. The formula is easy: 300,000 / 23400 = 12 Years.
Dear sir/medam,
i pritesh patel immigration visa f3 cattgorey as under date 21 augest 2002.how long watting pedior my immigrant visa? what is promble to f3 last 6 year no moving this cattgrey.please fast f3 immigration visa.
thanking you.
To answer your 300,000 file questions, need to answer the following question first :
i. Why had there a huge number of F3 files in short period only ?
ii. Why did F3′ petitioner not to apply before ? be restricted or not to be allowed ?
iii. If they were US citizen before, they had the right to do it. If not,US Goverment prevented them became US citizen ?
iiii. At last, if this really happened, it won’t impact on your file too much. Most of them are mexican or Chinese so their file will be control strictly by per- country limit.
I copy pasted the following data from March visa bulletin and welcome any number crunching and prediction as to how visa numbers are going to be allocated in FY2010.
“The Department of State requested that the National Visa Center at Portsmouth, New Hampshire provide the totals of applicants on the waiting list in the various numerically-limited family immigrant categories. Those totals are listed below, and reflect persons registered under each respective numerical limitation, i.e., the totals represent not only principal applicants or petition beneficiaries, but their spouses and children entitled to derivative status under INA 203(d) as well. It should be noted that applications for adjustment of status under INA 245 which are pending at Citizenship and Immigration Services offices are not included in the totals which are being presented at this time.
Family-Sponsored Preference Categories
The ten countries with the highest number of waiting list registrants are listed below; together these represent 75.4% of the Department of State total. This list includes all countries with at least 45,000 persons on the waiting list. INA 202 sets an annual limit on the amount of family-sponsored preference visas which may be issued to applicants from any one country; the 2009 per-country limit is 15,820.”
