I am surprised and disappointed to see F3 advanced one week for the month of August. This month’s VB advancement has gone against what has been the trend for previous months. I giveup.
Our lawyer sent already the payment for our AOS and IV fee bills one month ago but everytime I call NVC they told me that they has’nt accept the money until now. soo sad..whay is that? do you think something is wrong going on with our case? those who has/had same problem with us please need your opinion and advice please…

My pd is july 18 1991. Current PD is Aug.08, 1991 (for Philippines). Does it means my pd is now current?but i have not yet received any doc.or advice coming from U.S. Embassy what can ido?

I am already 37 yrs. old and I’ve waited for this petition for a long long time…what can I do to bring the mother of my children..we are living together but did not get married becuse of this petiton..I hope to bring her also so that we can all be together.Please help me!
Pankaj, getting the documents in October means that the dates should be going very fast. Anyhow I hope so. We have to keep in touch, because our cases are very much alike. My pd is Feb. 16, 2001 and yours is Feb. 02, 2001, both F3. That means you are 14 days ahead of me.
CHIM, im from laguna. you will receive documents from NATIONAL VISA CENTER not from US embassy in Manila.you have to contact NVC regarding the status of your papers. You should have recvd DS230 &DS 3032 by now.baka akala nila di ka interested, contact NVC ASAP..email them.
Dont know how long it will take for F3 to pass the month of April 2001 coz I’ve heard in that month 300,000-500,000 of applications were filed in different categories, FB, EB due to the 245(i)provison passed in 1998 and the extension were given uptill 30th April 2000.. if anyone has any knowledge about this plz share.. coz am tired and sick of waiting..

CHIM, did u put your case no. as your subject? then type the petitioners name and birthday,the principal applicant and birthday and case number in your body of letter.sometimes they answer your inquiry in 2 weeks time.Just pray and He will make all things possible in His perfect time.
