How true that your visa had been approved after a long wait of nine years. What is then your F3 priority date? I was petitioned by my Father who is a US citizen last May of 1993. And our petioned was approved by the TIVPC and given a Priority Date May 12, 1993 under F3, and was forwarded to the NVC. It's more than 17 years already from the day of approval. How come that you had been given a Visa after only 9 years of waiting? Please tell us what magic did you do. @JC
