krupal patel : @RP my pd is may 2001 in f3 how much time will it take to reach there? will it take one year or more? and is the law for age limit of 21yrs from f3 had been removed? i am so worried about my file….. my pd is nov24 2000 hoping to get paper from nvc soon

Hi, I too am in f3 category (Sep. 2001) however there is no age limit for f3. This category is for married children of a USC hence the age limit does not apply. My optimistic guess would be another 1.5 years till we get called up for interview. You may be in a different category such as f2a or f2b as a beneficiary of an LPR.

i am puzzled the way the nvc function because if jc who has a priority date later than robin sharma but get an appointment for interview earlier
than robin sharma also how is it that in may the priority date for f3 category is sep8 2000 and jc get an appointment for June 30 and we are not sure if come june 30 the priority date will be October 2000 can some one explain this to me
