hi all..my pd is on 22 sep 2000/f3.can anyone tell me that m i be getting my visa when cut off date is 22 sep 2000.current cut off date is 08 sep 2000.so when it’s 22 sep 2000,i will be getting my visa.is that how it happens?please someone give me reply..i m worried..

don’t worry Robin wait until Pd current , u will get ds230 from your agent fill up all Q sent back to agent, agent will sent to NVC, it depend how quick you gather the needed document next wait for appointment letter the interview date is about 20 days from the day u received appointment letter so prepare your medical check-up go for interview.i know how u feel be patient. I like to thank all the US immigration website and friends giving me the support and information during the 8 hard and painful yrs of waiting , for me it just like dream come true until see your passport with immigrant visa ,i don’t know i will come back to this kind of site or not ? so long and good luck .

hi robin ,since NVC already reviewed your entire documents paper in advance ,i not very sure they can do this before vb become current if so u will save a lot of time , anyway next is wait for appointment letter that’s all. by the way I already bought one way tickets fly with my family next month .

Hey! I receieved my appointment letter for june 30th!! Medical exams already done! Seems that immigration process its ready for me. My PD is Oct 05 2000 for F3!!
i am puzzled the way the nvc function because if jc who has a priority date later than robin sharma but get an appointment for interview earlier
than robin sharma also how is it that in may the priority date for f3 category is sep8 2000 and jc get an appointment for June 30 and we are not sure if come june 30 the priority date will be October 2000 can some one explain this to me
Hi, I too am in f3 category (Sep. 2001) however there is no age limit for f3. This category is for married children of a USC hence the age limit does not apply. My optimistic guess would be another 1.5 years till we get called up for interview. You may be in a different category such as f2a or f2b as a beneficiary of an LPR.
