She didnt write the constitution, nor does she decide what is civil liability or a federal crime. However, people are quick to judge her and confront her regarding a comment made based on facts. I think most of the people that use the label "criminal" on illegal aliens, do so because it is a way to hide disdain and racism behind what it is proven and outright lie. If all the illegal immigrants are criminals, then anybody who has ever driven above the speed limit should be signaled, persecuted and labeled a criminal, because that is also a matter of civil law.
