Hi, i recieved my appointment package yesterday!!! it only took like 2 weeks after the Priority Date Was current.

my f3 pitition filed on 7 march 2001 but nvc not process

ratna,the current cut off dates for f3 are 22 august,2000.when there are only 2 months left for your pd to be current then only nvc will start processing your petition file.your petition file is on 7 march 2001.so when f3 cut off dates is 8 january 2001,your case will be processed by the nvc.my pd is on 12 september 2000,so when cut off dates were 12 july 2000,i got my first documents that is ds-3032.so ratna,no need of worries.nvc will surely process your case but it’s matter of patience.good luck.

is there any body out there with priority date for nov2000 and about when can i hear from the nvc seeing that my pd is 24nov 2000

Hey all! I visited this site frequently when it was still under the old “management” and I thought that this website seems to be going nowhere but I am glad to see that the site has greatly improved under the new management. I have a question though. Like many of the posters here, I too, have been waiting for my priority date to be current. I am under EB3 and the april bulletin has brought nothing but frustration and disappointment. My question is, would it be wise if I get a new petition through an F1 student visa even if I have a current immigrant visa application? I really hope someone could shed ligh to this before I make further decisions. Thanks!

friends do u think nvc will stop processing the case bcoz of recent gun firing in american civic association,newyork.does nvc has anything to do with this attack.will they continue to move our cut off dates?please reply i m worried…

hi krupal this is robin from gujarat,f3 category..u need not have to worry..THE IMMIGRATION center have removed this law that if one crosses 21 age than he/she does not get visa.now dont worry but i have heard this news that they have removed this………….but still confirm it to nvc ok………….thanks please do reply

To All, there seems to be some cases that they receive their choice of agent when there is about 4, 5 months for their pd to become current, but some others exist who have earliear priority dates, but do not receive their choice of agents at the specified time. Does anybody have any idea regarding that?

what has happen to robin sharma has he or she get visa appointment. my priority date is nov 24 2000 i have not hear nothing from nvc is it a fact that when there is two months to your priority date nvc will send visa document some body who has received such document could reply

current date for philippines under F2B is 15 january 1998..just a year away from my PD..

To all,
It seems we can not get any good answers from anyone whose priority date has become current. They leave the blog from the joy they are in(I don’t blame them). I don’t think that anyone could predict anything. My PD is May 21, 2001, my guess is I need about a year if not more. The NVC says that they will send papers 8-12 months before PD becomes current but I don’t see tha this is happening. Good luck to all.
