		<description>Based on this memo, is it possible for one to apply combined application for H1 extension for &quot;remaining time to exhaust 6 years&quot; and one year H1 extension based on 365 days of pending labor application after current H1 status expires and the person leaves the country? He still has not used all of his 6 years of H1 but he is no more in US and current H1 status has expired.</description>
