Visa Bulletin Forums Coming Soon

Thanks to everyone who has visited this site over the last few months, especially the return visitors. Traffic has been huge!

One of the most popular features on the site has been the comments. In fact, there have been so many comments that I’m having trouble moderating and responding to all of them. We need a more intuitive system that will make it easier for visitors to find information and post questions. So I’ve come up with a solution — forums!

I’m in the process of installing and testing the forums software right now. The forums might be up this weekend (or even today). To that end, is there anyone who would like to help me test the software? You’ll just need to register with an email/username and you’re good to go. If you’re interested, send me a quick message using this form.

    John, will Nebraska be processing may 9, 2007 applications? sorry to say this but I think they are very slow in processing the cases..

    hi guys. I’ve been an avid follower of this blog. I have a question please anyone who can answer me. My PD is Aug 2006. I have been waiting for years now and currently my employer backed out. Can this affect my immigration petition?

    Hi John,

    My F3 catagory aplication is field on Sep. 2000, my nationality Vietnamese. As today, 05/28/2008, I have NOT received any forms (DS-3032, I-864…) from NVC. Do you think I will get these form very soon? Thanks a lot.

    I have appeared for the L1B Interview on 5th Aug 08, I have got the Blue letter with the point ( Your blanket L-1 is not clearly approvable under section B ( 214.2(I) (11) (D)) 101(A) 15 (L) ticked ). I have already travelled to the UK on bussiness VISA for 5 months, is that the reason for non issue of L1B VISA. Now i’m thinking of applying for L1 Individual, what are my chances of Rejection.

    yeah so disappointing super! i will be turning 21yrs. old months from now can’t come with my mom to US anymore. . . another application. . .another waiting waiting forever and ever!

    Even i got the same Blue sheet with similar reason of disqualification.
    Can anyone please tell me what does it mean? is it complete rejection of my L1-B visa application or is it under administrative processing?

    When can i reapply for a new L1-B petition?

    I am from Ethiopia, one of the winners DV 2009, and received my Visa (my wife and children) on July 1 2009. The Visa will expire on Jan 1 2010. Does it mean can we go to US between now and US. I ask you this because traveling information paper says, anyone DV 2009 winner should receive his Visa between oct-sep. Please clarify me on this issue.
